Watching his Uncle work on airplanes from a young age inspired Alex’s career in aviation and his determination in high school allowed him vocational college credits at an early age leading to a vast 18 years of experience in the field ahead of his peers.
Alex has an extensive background in aircraft maintenance management. He was the Director of Maintenance for one the largest and highest safety-rated air charter services in South and Central Texas. He was also the Director of Maintenance for a fixed-wing air ambulance operation based in San Antonio, Texas. Alex’s curiosity of the aircraft MRO environment led him to briefly leave the aircraft maintenance management role to become a Senior Crew Lead at a full-service repair station that specialized in the repair, maintenance, avionics, and inspections for Hawker, Challenger, and Citation aircraft. Alex’s passion for Part 91 and 135 aircraft maintenance management ultimately led to his return as Director of Maintenance for Leviate Air Group.
Alex joined Leviate in early 2019 determined to grow the Leviate fleet, elevating safety standards, and providing the quality customer service our clients expect.
