A lifelong aviation enthusiast, Gilberto moved to the United States in 2008 seeking a professional career in the field of aviation. Shortly after earning his degree in Aviation Management, Gilberto relocated to Houston where had the opportunity to work for one of the largest charter operators in Texas and a prominent International Flight Support company before joining the air carrier that would become Leviate Jet Management in 2013.

As a member of the flight operations team, Gilberto is engaged in the successful coordination of aviation and concierge services using his extensive knowledge in regulatory compliance, meteorology, domestic and international operations.

With a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and training from The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center, Gilberto’s work adheres to exceptional standards of quality and aims to anticipate the needs and wishes of his customers to deliver a personalized and memorable experience on every flight.

Gilberto’s previous positions include Flight Coordinator, International Operations Specialist, Training Coordinator, Owner Services Representative, and Maintenance Controller and Director of Safety.
