Luis Barros has decades of experience in the private aviation industry. From his firsthand working knowledge, he draws on operational and safety-focused best practices for every service Leviate provides.

Beginning his aviation career at a local county airport led him to earning his Aviation Management degree from The Ohio State University. From there, he went on to work for a Part 135 operator for several years before taking on larger roles in air charter. Later, he would venture into end-user sales and would ultimately establish and grow one of the largest charter sales groups in the central US.

After years of success building, training, and managing aviation executives, Luis founded Leviate Air Group where he could ensure his company truly focused on industry-leading service and customer satisfaction. Through his career path directly working in these major fields of business aviation, he set out for Leviate Air Group to embody the very best in Air Charter, Aircraft Sales, and Aircraft Management.
